This application reads time system status changes and updates Arc Enterprise 5.x Presence Status accordingly.
Time System servers output status changes typically via serial link (RS 232). This serial link is connected to Arc Enterprise 5.x server (directly or via virtual serial link) where ts2arcpr.exe applet reads the serial data and updates the Arc Presence status for the user in question (via Arc PSCM API / SetContactStatus).
Time System status info will override possible active Arc Presence status entered by a) Arc Presence XML Cisco IP phone application, b) Arc Presence Web end user interface, or by c) Arc Console Operator.
Thus Arc Oprator Console (=dispatch client) users would have visibility to Time System data that would be integrated to Arc Presence.
