SW Applet: CCXScan. Custom reporting directly from Cisco Unified CCX database.

Many people find Cisco Unified CCX Historical Reports client to be too limited. With the help of Crystal Reports Version 11 or 11.5 it is possible to create new reports to Unified CCX Historical Reports client.

This software offers an alternative to Crystal Reports and Cisco Unified CCX Historical Reports client. CCXScan tools pulls info directly from Unified CCX server database via a freeware ODBC driver and creates csv report files that can later imported to Microsoft Excel (charts, etc..). Program offers several reports (8 agent, 7 queue) and is extremely easy to use.

Requirements: 32-bit version of Windows XP or Windows 7 operating system.
